Asphalt Products are made at our Mitchell Hill Road Plant: All products are made with 100% virgin asphalt. No recyclables or ‘rap’ used in our material! BCBC, ID2 Binder, ID2 Top, and ID2 Modified Top. One ton minimum. Call for pricing.

We are a Penndot Certified Plant and carry 25mm, 19mm, and 9.5mm Penndot mixes.  

We also carry a variety of limestone: 2A, 2B, 1B, limestone sand, and cold patch. Call for pricing. No minimum required.  

Services: Commercial and Residential  Asphalt Paving, Sealing and Tar & Chip for roads, parking lots, and driveways.

About Us

Joseph C. Wiest left his job at Armco Steel in 1969 to fulfill his dream of starting his own paving company. As a home based business, Wiest Paving was founded on the principles of hard work and good quality work done at a fair price.

In May of 1988, Joseph, along with his sons Scott, Bob, and Joe, expanded the business to include an asphalt plant and moved the operations to our current facility at 310 Mitchell Hill Road and Wiest Asphalt Products and Paving, Inc. was born.

The principles of the company are still the same today as they were all those years ago.
